How does ordering work?
Glad you asked! We love your forthright and directness in such matters, old chap!
Ordering works as follows – when you find the perfect Save the Date or Wedding Invitation for your special occasion, you’ll be asked to “fill in the blanks” for us – like your names, the date and time of the event and the location.
Within 2 business days of your order, we will send you a digital proof to confirm you are happy with the design. (If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please check your spam folder for an e-mail from printing at geekvites) Once you give us approval, we’ll get your prints out to you ASAP!
Important: We will NOT send out your order until we’ve received your approval of the digital proof – we do this so you’re absolutely happy with the design and have everything perfect the first time around. So please keep an eye on your inbox after you order!
ALSO IMPORTANT: From the time you place your order, it will take 1-2 weeks depending on approval of proof and our printing shop’s current queue. We will update your order with tracking information when available, and you can always contact us with any questions!
Do you send samples?
Sorry, but we don’t. We do show you digital samples to approve before going to print.
What payment methods to you accept?
We accept all transactions through PayPal. Just load up your cart and see!
Do your cards include envelopes?
Nope, but we plan on adding them as a customization soon! Our Save the Dates fit perfectly into A2 envelopes though.
When can I expect my cards?
Processing + shipping time can take up to 2 weeks. We will notify you when your cards have shipped out with a tracking number!
Do you offer custom designs?
We’re currently a very small operation and have yet to teach our cats to use Photoshop, so unfortunately not at this time. But you’re free to suggest new designs on our Facebook or give us a holler on Twitter about it!
